Issue

Media shifts when printing frames around the label causing a slight misalignment of the frame.

Cause

Media guide are not adjusted correctly, producing slack that allows the tape to shift during printing. 

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Adjust the media guides so they are snug against the media: BBP35 / BBP37 / S3700 - Loading Ribbon and Label Media.
 
  1. To make fine adjustments to the fame, refer to S3700 - Adjust Print Offset.
