Body | IssueThe LCD display of the PR300 or PR600 says "network error. DHCP not found". ResolutionPower cycle the printer. If the error persists, contact your IT admin to confirm the network port is working and you if your company requires additional steps to add a device to your network.
Some users have reported resolving this error by disabling the network error. This can be done from the printer display: Setup > Interfaces > Ethernet > Network error. See Also
