Issue
The BMP41 and BMP51 doesn't do anything and only displays "MOM Circuit" on the LCD display.
Cause
This indicates board failure and will require repair at Brady repair facility: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Portable Printer. Provide the serial number of the printer: BMP41 - Serial number location and BMP51 - Serial Number Location.
