Print is missing, poor or spotty. 


Troubleshooting

 
  1. Clean the printer with PCK-5 cleaning swabs or isopropyl alcohol on a lint-free swab. Refer to How to Clean the M611 for instructions on cleaning the M611.
 
  1. Incompatible label and ribbon combination. Refer to M611 Ribbon Compatibility Chart for more information on ribbon and label compatibility. 
 
  1. Try another ribbon or roll of labels. Refer to M611 Ribbon and Label Materials Guide.
 
  1. Update the YB Parts Database: M611 - Update the YB Parts Database.
