Cause
- There are no labels installed in the printer.
- The smart cell cannot be detected.
- Non-authentic labels are installed in the printer.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm if the label supply, including bulk, is installed correctly and confirm the smart cell is properly aligned.
- Re-install or replace the label supply.
- Install Authentic Labels in the printer: Portable Printers - Brady Authentic Labels.
