Issue

The Cutter does not cut error displays on the LCD screen. 

Cause 
  • There is possible adhesive buildup.
  • Label material is stuck in the cutter blades. 

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Replace the cutter: BMP61 / M610 - Replacing the Cutter Blade Cover.
 
  1. Clear the label path.
    • Disengage the printhead locking lever.
    • Remove the ribbon.
    • Remove the label supply. 
    • Clear the debris.
