Body | Issue
A label file was printed on the Express Labels Mobile application, but nothing prints from the printer.
Troubleshooting
- Verify the printer is connected in the Brady Express Labels application. If the printer lost connection, the gear icon and the printer icon will have a slash through it.
- Verify the locking lever for the cartridge is locked.
- Verify if there are labels left in the cartridge. Refer to Can I Reset the Smart Cell Microchip Counter on the Label Roll? for additional details.
- Check the cartridge for damage and replace if necessary.
- Check to see if labels are jammed. Refer to M211 - Label Jammed in the Printer or Cutter Cuts Poorly.
- Reboot the printer. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
