Issue
The labels are jammed in the printer, the cutter does not cut properly, or it cuts poorly.
Troubleshooting
- Rotate the locking lever to unlock the cartridge. Remove the cartridge from the printer.
- Use tweezers or a needle-nose plier to carefully remove the jammed label or label fragments within the cartridge bay.
Important: Use caution when trying to remove the label jam as metal objects can scratch, dent, or crack the printhead. Be careful to avoid damaging the printhead. Never attempt to remove fragments with your fingers, the cutter assembly includes very sharp components.
