Body | The smart cells, RFID tags and bulk cores cannot be reset. Brady adds 10% extra label material to every roll to account for label waste that will occur when loading and calibrating your printer. This is why many times a label roll will display empty when a few labels are still on the roll.
If your roll reads empty when a large quantity of labels remain, contact Global Brady Technical Support for your region.
Note: Swapping bulk cores and RFID tags or smart cells between media rolls will cause the counter to decrement out of synchronization. You should always keep the cores with their original boxes, and never swap RFID tags or smart cells between label rolls.Related information
