In order to print a test label, you must have a 2.95" wide label installed in the printer. If you do not have the correct label installed, the Print Error message will display.
- Select Settings.
- Select Maintenance.
- Select Run for Print Test Label.
The label will print with pink, blue, yellow, and black. If the printed label is missing a color, the color is faded or the color does not match the label on the far left, additional troubleshooting is required:
