Issue
Labels are jammed in label path displays on the J7300.
Troubleshooting
- Unload the labels by pressing Unload on the touchscreen. Cut off bent or damaged labels, and reload the label roll.
- Verify the labels are seated correctly and snug against the media guides: J7300 - Install Labels and Ink Cartridges.
- Check the label path to see if any parts need cleaning: J7300 - Out of Labels.
- Verify the yellow flag is moving freely: J7300 - Adjust the Yellow Flag.
