Issue

Labels are jammed in label path displays on the J7300. 

Troubleshooting
 

  1. Unload the labels by pressing Unload on the touchscreen. Cut off bent or damaged labels, and reload the label roll.
Unload
 
  1. Verify the labels are seated correctly and snug against the media guides: J7300 - Install Labels and Ink Cartridges.

 

  1. Check the label path to see if any parts need cleaning: J7300 - Out of Labels.

 

  1. Verify the yellow flag is moving freely: J7300 - Adjust the Yellow Flag.
