Issue

An error occurred while printing displays on the LCD screen of the J7300.

Troubleshooting
 

  1. Open the ink access cover and check for debris.
     

  2. Reseat both ink cartridges and make sure the ink cartridge cover is fully seated. Review J7300 - Install Labels and Ink Cartridges.

 

  1. Verify if the yellow flag is moving freely. If not, adjust the yellow flag: J7300 - Label Roll is Jamming / Adjust Yellow Flag.
