Issue
An error occurred while printing displays on the LCD screen of the J7300.
Troubleshooting

Open the ink access cover and check for debris.
- Reseat both ink cartridges and make sure the ink cartridge cover is fully seated. Review J7300 - Install Labels and Ink Cartridges.
- Verify if the yellow flag is moving freely. If not, adjust the yellow flag: J7300 - Label Roll is Jamming / Adjust Yellow Flag.
