Issue

The label has streaks, spots or poor print quality.

Troubleshooting
 
  1. Leave the printer plugged in. The printer requires periodic maintenance to make sure the nozzles do not clog. The periodic maintenance runs automatically when the printer is on. 
 
  1. Clean the ink cartridge: J2000 - Cleaning the Ink Cartridge.
 
  1. Try another ink cartridge: How to Load or Replace the Ink Cartridge in the J2000.
 
  1. Adjust the print quality, color matching and ink saturation settings in the Status Monitor: J2000 - Setting Saturation, Orientation, Page Size, Color Matching and Print Resolution.
