Body
Issue

Attempting to print continuous label material (such as part number THT-21, THT-105, THT-106, or THT-107) but your printer is just continuously feeding labels to the point where you need to power of the printer.

Resolution

Firmware 3.38 provides the "Continuous" sensor setting. Driver version 3.10 is required if you cannot update the firmware to 3.38 or above.

Check Firmware Version

1. Check the firmware of your printer by selecting "Menu" and then hitting the middle or enter key to "Short Status". If the firmware of your printer is not 3.38 or newer, the firmware will likely need to updated: How to Upgrade the Firmware on the PR, IP, and BBP72 Printers

If for some reason you can't update the firmware to a version higher than 3.38, you will need to have installed the driver version 3.10, which you can download here: IP 300 and 600 Printer Driver

2. If the printer's firmware is 3.38 or newer, exit up to Short Status, arrow to the right-twice to "Setup" and then hit the down arrow, arrow right-twice to "Print Param" and hit the down arrow, and then arrow right 4 times to "Label Sensor". If it is not already set to "Continuous", hit the center key and then arrow over to set the sensor to "Continuous".

With firmware v3.38 or higher, you will need to have installed driver version 3.14, which can be downloaded here: Universal Printer Driver Bundle Feb2013
