Body | Users may wish to share Brady Workstation files to shared network storage. This allows other users with Brady Workstation to open and print label files. Saving Brady Workstation Files to a Shared Drive
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Click on Map shared drive.
- Choose your Drive Letter Designation.
- Manual type in the full path of the network drive &/or folder you need access to (//example/example pictures/).
- Press Ok.
- Shared drive should now appear below local disk.
- Open Brady Workstation.
- Click on Gear Icon to get to settings.
- Select the shared drive you wish to save your files to and press OK.
Note: Users who will saving to shared drive must have rights to save on shared drive and rights to add it as mapped shared drive.
