How Do I Share My Label Files With Users in the Field?

Label files can be emailed or transferred via network or USB storage to another user's PC that is also running Brady Workstation.

Label files created in Brady Workstation apps such as Custom Designer, Text Labels and GHS must be opened in Brady Workstation to be printed, with the exception of Lockout Writer which allows exporting procedures to a PDF: How to Export a Procedure To PDF in Lockout Writer

Where Are My Files Located?

Files are saved in this default location: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Brady Corp\Brady Workstation

Brady Workstation can be configured to save files to network storage, however Brady Workstation does not currently offer any infrastructure to save user data to cloud storage. This software is intended for use in facilities where an internet connection may not be allowed or available.
