A6200 Print to File Feature in Brady WorkstationThe latest release of Brady Workstation allows saving A6200 label files directly to a USB drive, then transfer label files to the A6200 memory using the USB drive. Note: This process does not require installation or configuration of the A6200 printer driver.
- Launch Text Labels or Custom Designer and create a new file using the A6200 printer.
- Once your file is complete, click print.
- Select Print to File from the printers dropdown list.
- Select Print.
- Select the USB drive in the Save As popup.
- Name the label file and select save to save the .prn file to the USB.
- Connect the USB drive your A6200.
- On the A6200 LCD screen, select Files.
- Select External Storage.
- Choose the file.
- Select the down arrow to import the file.
- Depending on the printer settings, the printer will automatically go to the Print Queue screen or back to the home screen.
