Import Data onto a Label in Text Labels
 
  1. Select the Text Labels application.

  1. Select the Printer model.

  1. Select the Label Part.

  1. Select the File Type: Blank Label or Blank Template.

  1. Select Create.

  1. Click the Excel Import icon.

  1. Click Select Excel File.

  1. Navigate to and choose your excel file
 
  1. Check the Use first row as a header box if your data includes headers.

  1. Drag and drop data to be imported. 
Click and drag onto label
 
  1. There are multiple ways to add lines to the label.
Note: The number of lines will depend on the size of the label and font size. 
 
Add another row:
 
  1. Select the line.

  1. Press Enter on the keyboard.
 
  1. A second row appears. You are able to Import another row of data onto the label. 
 
Add a specific number of rows:
 
  1. Select Document

  1. Select the dropdown under Line Count within the Label Properties.

  1. Select the number of lines.
 
Fill the label (WireMarker):
 
  1. Select Document.
 
  1. Select the box next to Fill label under Label Properties.
