Issue

The BBP85 displays Error 48 after loading labels into the printer.

Cause

This may be caused by older versions of the BBP85 firmware. Also make sure the media is supported by the BBP85: How to Determine Material Compatibility for the BBP85 and PowerMark

Troubleshooting

1. Update the firmware: Load Firmware Without the LCD Screen on the BBP85
2. Try other labels, confirm they are compatible with the BBP85 using the article linked above.
