Can I Modify Data After Importing it to My Label File?

By design, users are not able to make changes to the excel data within a label file. Change data at the data source, for example Excel, and then select the data refresh settings which can be applied to the label file: Data Refresh in Brady Workstation.
Print Partner
Data imported into a label template in Print Partner cannot be modified after import. All properties of the imported data are configured when the template is created in Custom Designer. Print Partner is purely a data-entry application.
Custom Designer
Data imported into a label file in Custom Designer can have text properties modified. When you select the imported information, the text properties appear.
Data can be modified as Same as All in Set, which will apply any changes to all labels. Unique Properties applies changes only to that single label. For more information see: Custom Designer - Linked Object Properties.
If you need to go back to the Excel data, select Excel Import and Open File OR select Data Sources and Open.
