Enabling options to refresh values will automatically check your database or spreadsheet for new entries and updates. This can be done every time the file is opened or before printing labels containing imported data. This means you can continue to work out of the same spreadsheet and label file without the need to re-import changes. This feature is available in Custom Designer Pro and Lite, Print Partner, and Text Labels.
Note: As of BWS shell 4.10 Print Partner does not allow saving after importing data, the data only exists for that session. For this reason the Excel refresh can only be performed for that session. You can work around this by using label file with object copies: How to Save and Refresh Imported Data In Print Partner
Data refresh options are available on the Format screen in Advanced Import.
