Brady Workstation License to Transfer Dropdown Does Not List Licenses

Issue
(Shell 4.9.1.2) When initiating a license transfer, the drop down menu does not list the user's installed licenses. This issue is resolved. Update your Brady Workstation: Brady Workstation - How to Update the Software.
If you still experience this issue, follow the steps in the Workaround section.
Workaround
Go to the question mark > About Brady Workstation.
Wait for the list of installed apps to populate.
Close this window, then open the license transfer menu again. The licenses should now appear.
