TitleBrady Workstation - How to edit data that has been imported into label file
Body
In Labelmark software there was a feature called Split Linked Object unlink a field from its data source where you could edit a field of data that was originally imported into the label file. Former Labelmark users sometimes request this feature in Brady Workstation.

Here is how to do this in Brady Workstation:

  1. Select the object or text field you want to change.

  1. Press the Delete button or the Delete key on your keyboard. A Delete Linked Object window appears.

  1. Select the "Delete selected object(s) option." The data is deleted.

Note: If you select Delete all objects, this will delete the selected data from every label.

  1. Enter the new data.
  • In Text Labels, you do not need to add a new textbox, select the line where you would like to add text.

  • In Custom Designer, you will need to add a new text box (T) if you deleted the imported data.
