Issue

The BMP71 displays "error while printing" during a print job. 

Causes

This can occur if the cover is not closed or the sensor board has failed. 

Troubleshooting

1. Open and close the cover, make sure it latches. 
2. Clean the printer sensors: How to Clean the BMP71
3. Power cycle the printer. 
4. If the issue continues, the sensor board may have failed. Contact Brady Technical Support for your region for additional troubleshooting and to setup a repair:
