Issue/Symptoms
  • Customer testing has discovered that the BMP61 will hang up if it detects an unrecognized security protocol used on a nearby network. 
  • The BMP61 may be able to connect via WiFi direct to a laptop, but locks up when attempting to add the printer to a corporate network.
Workaround

Take the printer, router and laptop to a location with no wireless network interference. Perform the BNC configuration.  Additional Troubleshooting
