Label Materials jam while attempting to print.
Troubleshooting
- This issue may be caused from a previous label that was not removed from the label tray or exit chute area. To correct this issue, make sure there are no labels stuck in the label tray.
- If the materials are past their shelf life or not stored properly, there may be adhesive ooze. Try newer materials.
- Clean the exit chute and printer. There may be adhesive built up on the exit chute: BMP61 / M610 - Clean the Printer.
