Issue

Cut Sensed error displays on the screen.
 


Cause

The cutter lever was pulled while a label is printing. The full label does not print.

Resolution
 
  1. Pull the Cutter Lever towards you. This clears the error message.
Note: You may need to press Feed to feed the rest of the label forward depending on when the cutter lever is pulled. 
 
 
  1. Press Print to reprint the label(s). Wait until the full label prints and the LCD displays Cut Label Now.

If this does not resolve the issue, try cleaning the printer. Refer to How to Clean and Calibrate the BMP61 and How to Clean the Recessed Notch Sensors in the BMP61.
