The Visual C++ 2010 SPI runtime cannot be installed due to the following requirements displays while downloading the BMP41 and BMP51 Upgrade Utility as part of the Firmware.

Workaround

Download the 2010 version and reinstall the BMP41 or BMP51 Upgrade Utility.
