Issue
When the user turns the printer on and presses any button the screen will stay on, but the information is erased.
Troubleshooting
- Try new batteries of the same voltage, standard AA alkaline batteries.
- If you are using the rechargeable battery pack, the battery must be out of the printer when charging: BMP21-PLUS / M210 - Charging the Battery Pack.
- An internal mechanical or electrical failure may have occurred: BMP21-PLUS / BMP21-LAB / M210 / M211 - Does Brady Offer Repair Services?
