Issue
The ribbon is feeding backwards (in reverse).
Troubleshooting
- Clean the printer, including the sensors:
- Try another ribbon. If available, try a ribbon from a different lot number.
If the issue still continues, contact Global Brady Technical Support Contact Information. The printer may need to be repaired: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.
Important: The BBP31 printer is obsolete and no longer repaired: Obsolete Brady Printers - No longer supported or repaired.
