Issue

The BBP30, BBP31, BBP33, BBP35, BBP37, BBP85, i3300, i5300, S3100 or S3700 printer freezes or becomes non-responsive.


Troubleshooting
 

  1. Simply press and release the power button or the menu button.  If this doesn't help move to step 2.

 

  1. Press and hold the power button for roughly 8 seconds.  The printer should reset and go through a 45 second initialization.  If this doesn't help move to step 3.

 

  1. Only try this method if a Soft Reset doesn't help the problem.  With the printer On, unplug the printer from the electrical outlet.  Wait about 10 seconds and then plug the printer back into the electrical outlet.  The printer will automatically turn on, and go through a 45 second initialization.
