Issue

After setting up a BBP12 or BBP11 printer, the user cannot print from Brady Workstation or LabelMark 6. Test pages sent from the Seagull driver appear to print without issue. This issue was observed when using the 2021 version of the Seagull Scientific driver.

Cause

Brady does not modify or publish the Seagull driver for this printer or control changes made to it. Any changes to the driver made by Seagull Scientific are not tested for full compatibility with Brady Software. We recommend using the tested and confirmed working versions of this driver which are found on BradyID and in this knowledge base.
