  1. Press Settings.

 

  1. Press System Configurations. 

 

  1. The System Configuration screen displays.

 

System Configuration Options

 

Language

 

This sets the language for the touch screen. 

 

  1. Press Language.

 

  1. Press the Language from the list.

 

 

Virtual Keyboard

 

  1. Press Virtual Keyboard. 

 

  1. Press the Language for the Virtual Keyboard. 

 

Measurement Units

 

  1. Press Measurement Units.

 

  1. Press Inches or Millimeters. 

 

Date and Time

 

The date and time does not need to be reset after power is removed from the printer. 

 

  1. Press Date and Time.

 

  1. Press to turn the Use 24-hour format on (green) or off (red).

 

  1. Press Set date to change the date. 

 

  1. Use the arrows to adjust the month, day and year.

 

  1. Press the back arrow to go back back to the Date and Time screen.

 

  1. Press Set time to adjust the time. 

 

  1. Use the arrows to adjust the hour and minute. 

 

 

Wrapper Tension

 

  1. Press Wrapper Tension.

 

  1. Press Off or On to set the Wrapper Tension.

 

File Location

 

Choose whether the printer accesses files from memory or from a USB flash drive.

 

  1. Press File Location.

 

  1. Press Internal Memory or External USB. 

 

PLC Mode

 

Use the PLC Mode for operating the printer remotely.

 

  1. Press PLC Mode.

 

  1. Press Off or On.
