Bulk Label Roll Adapter The Bulk Label Roll Adapter is available in North America for the A6200.
If you purchased the A6200 in 2023, the printer may already be compatible. In order to tell if your printer is compatible, there are 3 screw holes and a label slot on the back of the printer.
If the back of your printer does not look like the image above, the printer will need to come in for repair. If the printer is out of warranty, the flat rate repair fee applies. If you would like to add the Bulk Label Roll Adapter, contact Technical Support with the serial number (How to Locate the Serial Number on the A6200) and Request a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.
Important: The repair fee only includes updating the applicator. The fee does not include the cost of the Bulk Label Roll Adapter. You will still need to purchase this adapter separately on Bradyid.com with part number A6200-BULK-ADAPTER.

Important: Always remove the spent label backing when changing supplies in the printer. DO NOT tape together partial rolls in the rewinder. Too much label backing accumulating on the spool could damage the motor. Monitor the spool in the rewinder and empty as needed.
Example: 1-427 Bulk Labels are 546 feet long.
- You will need to change the Rewinder 8 times to support the full bulk roll.
- The ribbon is 150 feet and you will need to change the ribbon 3.6 times per bulk roll.
