Issue

 

The printer will not feed labels. 

 

Cause

 

  • The leading edge of the label roll is not inserted correctly. 
  • The leading edge of the label roll is uneven or torn (not a straight edge).

 

Troubleshooting

 

  1. Install the labels correctly: i7500 - Load Labels and Ribbon.

 

  1. Cut a straight leading edge on the label roll.
