Reset i7100 and i5100 Printers to Factory Defaults

Resetting the i7100 or i5100 to factory defaults may resolve PC communication issues. This will also wipe any hidden printer adjustments that may be causing calibration or print quality issues.
 
  1. On the printer's LCD display, press the settings button (gear icon).

  1. Press the green Extras button.

  1. Press the Reset Settings button.

  1. You will be prompted that All settings will be reset to factory defaults. Select Continue or Cancel.
