- When a print job is sent to the i5100, it does not print the last label of the print job. This last label is then printed as the first label of the next print job.
- The i5100 skips the last label.
- The i5100 prints labels from the previous print job.
ResolutionThis issue was resolved in i5100 firmware version 5.34 and above. Follow instructions to upgrade the i5100 firmware to the latest version here: How to Upgrade the Firmware on the i5100Temporary Workaround (Deprecated)Completely power cycle the printer.
