We have observed problems occur when the IP series and i5100 printer drivers exist on the same PC. 

Symptoms
  • Feeding blank labels
  • Protocol errors
  • Skipping labels
  • Calibration drift

Use Print Management to confirm both drivers are installed: Start Menu > type “Print Management”
