Issue
Permasleeves loaded into the i5100 wind the labels and ribbon backwards instead of forwards. Removing the RFID tag from the label material temporarily resolves this issue.
Resolution
This issue was resolved in the 5.20 firmware release. Update the i5100 to the latest firmware:
