Body | Issue The i5100 gives a "Material Verification, Invalid Ribbon Tag" error. CauseThe RFID tag on the ribbon material cannot be read by the printer. Troubleshooting1. Power cycle the printer.
2. Try a different ribbon.
3. Make sure the ribbon series used is compatible with the label material:
