Issue

When a user attempts printing from the driver or Brady Workstation software, the printer displays "Printing 1 of 1, Waiting to Start".

Cause

This message means the printer is in Print on Demand mode. For more information about this feature, see: What is the Print On Demand Setting on the i5100 and i7100?

Resolution

Disable Print on Demand: Gear Icon > Setup > Printing > Uncheck "Print on Demand".
