Issue

The i3300 is connected and correctly configured to communicate and receive print jobs from the software. When a print job is sent, the "printing" icon displays but no print job is sent to the printer. 

Troubleshooting

This can occur if there are unresolved formatting errors in the label file. Either fix the errors or deselect error checking in the print menu.
