Body | Currently the print drivers for the Brady Wraptor and Wraptor A6500 printer models are missing the page sizes for labels made with the 417 material. The WRAP-x-417 use the same page setup as the 427 materials of the same die size (for example WRAP-1-427 has the same exact page size and printable area size as WRAP-1-417) so you can select the 427 option to print successfully. However, you may get a message that the label was designed for WRAP-x-427 while WRAP-x-417 is currently loaded in the printer; which can confuse a user (who should just continue if possible) or stop a print job from printing (if using Brady Workstation's Batch Print or Data Automation apps).
TO ADD THE 417 WRAPTOR PAGE SIZES TO THE PRINT DRIVER:
Download the attached file drvData.ini and save it to C:\Windows\System32 folder, overwriting the existing file. If you get access or permission errors, delete the current drvData.ini file from the C:\Windows\System32 folder first, then you should be able to successfully copy the attached drvData.ini file to the folder.
