Note: If the Wraptor is not receiving jobs from the PC after configuring these settings, make sure the connection type is set to "serial" in the config menu on the Wraptor touch screen.
1. Check Device Manager to confirm which COM port is active
2. To verify the current setting, right click and choose "Properties"
3. Choose the "Port Settings" tab
4. Verify these settings:

5. Now navigate to the installed Wraptor driver, right click and choose "Printer Properties", select the "Ports" tab. Confirm the COM port selected matches the active port shown in Device Manager.
6. Select "Configure Port" and confirm the settings match
*Note: - The Wraptor can be connected to the computer's serial port with a DB9 female to DB9 male straight through cable. This is listed in the Wraptor manual and has been verified.
