Note: The TLS PC-Link has been discontinued. This printer's older hardware required a 9-pin serial connection, a port type that is no longer offered on modern PC's. For this reason, a USB to serial adapter is required. See: TLS PCLink - How to install USB to Serial Adapter
Attached to this knowledge base is the actual printer driver and also the driver install/removal instructions. These instructions should be referenced for installing or removing the printer driver and to ensure proper communication.
If these instructions are not followed step by step it may result in communication failure between the software and printer.
