Can I get a loaner printer?

Loaner printers are available free of charge for printers under warranty that are being sent in for repair at Brady's repair facility.  Please be aware that loaner units are subject to availability. Loaner printers are not offered for portable printer models. Determine your printer's warranty status using the below resources. You can also provide your printer serial number to Brady Technical Support who will assist in determining warranty status. Use information in this knowledge base to find your printer's serial number (e.g. search "i3300 serial number").

What if my printer is not under warranty?

If your printer is not covered by warranty, rentals are available upon request. We do not offer rental printers for portable series models. Rentals are only available for benchtop printers and customers who are sending their printer in for service. Please be aware that rental units are subject to availability. If a single printer is critical to your production line, we recommend purchasing a backup printer. The rental cost, if available, is $187.99 USD ($235.99 CAD) per week with a one-week minimum for benchtops and $321.99 USD ($402.99 CAD) per week for Wraptors as of 11/2023.

Note: Price and availability is subject to change.

What Printer Models Are Available Under the Loaner/Rental Program?

Only benchtop printer models eligible for repair have loaners or rentals. A full list can be found on this page: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.

A list of obsolete printer models can be found in this article: List of Obsolete Brady Printers (No longer supported or repaired).

Brady does not offer loaner/rental printers for portable models, however this service may be available through a Brady distributor.
