1. Ensure that the correct driver version is in use.  If it is, make sure that the print mode in the driver is set to “Thermal Transfer” and not “Direct Thermal”.  


2. If this is set properly, navigate on the printer’s menu to Menu > Setup > Print Param > Transfer Print: and make sure this option is On.

3. Also ensure that no other drivers for the printer are installed along with the Brady driver (e.g. Seagull drivers).
