Issue

The perforation Cutter isn't cutting properly, it cuts all the way through or doesn't cut through deep enough with continuous permasleeve media.

Cause

The problem is related to perf (perforation) cutter's depth. Also check the back of the cutter to confirm the model is "PCU4" and not "CU4". "CU4" is the standard cutter (non-perf model).

Resolution

In the printer's menu (Menu / Setup / Machine Param) is the Cutter settings. Choose the Cutter Settings and start with it set to zero. Increase the number if it is not cutting deep enough and decrease the number if it cuts through completely.
