Issue

Out of labels displays on the printer.

Cause

The leading edge of the labels or the notch between labels is not detected. The label supply has run out or is improperly installed. 


Troubleshooting
 
  1. Replace or re-install the label supply, making sure that the label supply covers the sensors: M710 - Load Labels and Ribbon.
 
  1. Clean the printer: M710 - Clean the Printer.
