"Ribbon/Supply Mismatch - Installed ribbon is not recommended for use with the current label supply" displays on the LCD screen of the BradyPrinter M611 and M611 Label Printer.

Ribbon supply mismatch

Cause

The ribbon installed in the printer is incompatible. 


Resolution

Install the ribbon part number that displays on the LCD screen. The ribbon part number will depend on the labels that are installed in the printer: Ribbon and Label Compatibility.
